Effective
with ALL 2005 Shows: "AOBA certified show results are
to be posted on the alpacashows.com website within 60 days following
the end of each show. If show results are not received from the
Show Superintendent by the SDA within 30 days following the end
of a show, the SDA will notify the AOBA board of directors.
If a superintendent does not transmit data in a timely fashion,
he or she may be barred from serving as a superintendent in any
future AOBA certified shows. Superintendents are responsible
for the accuracy of the information and results will be posted
as received by the SDA. These requirements will be an addendum
to the 2005 Show Rules Handbook as well as included on the certified
show application."
The AOBA Show System Handbook holds the Show Superintendent responsible for the accuracy of the information contained in their show results. If in reviewing a Show’s Results there appears to be an inaccuracy please use the attached guideline to report the alleged inaccuracy.

Pending
Papers Waiver effective January 1, 2005 through June 30, 2005:
Please remember when reviewing show results that if
you see a "P" added to a registration number or the word PENDING,
that the alpaca's registration certificate was not issued at
the time of the show. These alpacas were shown under "pending
papers" which means that their DNA blood work has yet to be
verified. You can visit www.alpacaregistry.net and by
logging on to your account can ascertain if the alpaca's registration
certificate has been issued.
